A proud woman owned business that runs sort of smooth-ish, but with an occasional limp and wobble. The owner is a little crippled but sort of creative on occasion. Just stubborn enough to not let it fail and determined enough to never let disability decide the future.

The mission is to provide high-quality products while promoting inclusivity, independence, and the strength of overcoming challenges.

QUALITY CONTROL

High quality & long-lasting products are our top priority. We're lazy and really don't want to make it twice.

Every item is carefully made and inspected before it leaves our hands. Our highly qualified quality control manager - Grandma - won't accept less than perfect. Checking every product to make sure nothing was missed, mangled or looking messy and that the dogs’ hair definitely stayed on the dogs and not on the decals.

She takes her job very serious… so if something ever slips through, I guess we'll have to fire her for the weekend or something since she just keeps coming back.

CUSTOMER CARE

Keeping our customers happy is top priority. We love everyone and all the time. Even Becky with her 1 Star Review wishing my shop would burn down, with me in it. Her $6 order was lost in transit but she never reached out for help. Just left a heartfelt review instead. We still replaced it.

Didn't read directions and ruined your install? We'll replace it with oversized instructions. Dog ate your package but spared the mailman? We'll help a dog out. Sticky Finger Stacy stole it once again? If you're super nice, we might send a 3rd but you provide the Air Tag.

We're always here to help, please just reach out but be nice. I wish AI would take my job already but I'm not that lucky... Still a human with feelings just like you.
